There are no specific CT scan or MRI findings associated with actinomycosis.

There are no specific chest CT findings but pulmonary involvement demonstrates the following findings:^[1]

• Patchy air-space consolidation
• Multifocal nodular cavitations associated pleural thickening
• Pleural effusions
• Hilar, and/or mediastinal lymphadenopathy
