Adiposogenital dystrophy physical examination

Overview

On physical examination, findings associated with hypothalamic and pituitary dysfunction may be seen.

Physical findings

Patients with adiposogenital duystrophy may show the following physical findings[1][2]:

  • Short stature
  • Obesity
  • Delayed puberty
  • Small testes
  • Dry skin
