There are no specific EKG findings associated with adult-onset Still’s disease (AOSD), however, in cases complicated by pericarditis, cardiac tamponade or myocarditis EKG abnormalities may be observed.

There are no specific EKG findings associated with adult-onset Still’s disease (AOSD), however, in cases complicated by pericarditis, pericardial tamponade or myocarditis the following EKG abnormalities may be observed.
