Echocardiography
Echocardiography may show the following abnormalities:
- Ventricular dilation (dilated cardiomyopathy)
- Fibrosis
- Decreased myocardial function
Ultrasound
Ultrasound abnormalities found in this disorder include:
- Pelvi-calyceal dilatation in patients with urologic problems
- Bladder ultrasound examination may reveal elevated post-voiding residual volumes
- Hepatomegaly may be noted in liver ultrasound
