Symptoms of anal cancer include pain or pressure in the anus or rectum, anal itching and anal discharge.

Common symptoms associated with anal cancer:[1][2]
- Anal pain
- Anal pressure
- Rectal bleeding
- Pruritus ani
- A change in bowel habits or change in the diameter of the stool
- A lump or swelling near the anus
