Overview
Anti-Liver Kidney Microsomal Antibodies (Anti-LKM antibody) are detected in serum of patients with different types of acute or chronic liver disease. These antibodies are targeted against cytochrome-P450 antigens. Three kind of Anti LKM is studied extensively-
