1. Association with VACTERL: (vertebral, anal, cardiac, tracheal, esophageal, renal, and limb) or CHARGE (posterior coloboma, heart defect, choanal atresia, retardation, genital, and ear) associations.
2. Esophageal atresia
3. Congenital laryngeal web
