There is no established secondary prevention method for ALPS. But regular monitoring for lymphoma and proper vaccination for the patients requiring splenectomy might be helpful.

Individuals who require to get splenectomy should be vaccinated and have penicillin prophylaxis to prevent the complications.^[1]
