Bacterial disease
Overview
A bacterial disease is an abnormal condition of an organism (disease) caused by bacteria, a type of unicellular microorganisms. Not all bacteria cause disease, and not all diseases are caused by bacteria, or even microorganisms.
Examples of bacterial diseases
- Tuberculosis
- Some forms of meningitis
- Syphilis
