Patients typically presents as one or more recurrent erythrocyanotic nodules or plaques on the calves.

Common site are the calves and the shins.

• Erythema
• Nodular lesion: The nodules may progress to form indurations, ulcerations, and scars
• Skin ulceration
• Panniculitis
