Laboratory findings consistent with the diagnosis of bone and cartilage tumors, may include: elevated LDH, alkaline phosphatase (related with prognosis), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST).^[1]

• Elevated LDH
• Elevated alkaline phosphatase (related with prognosis)
• Elevated aspartate aminotransferase (AST)
• Measurement of serum LDH and alkaline phosphatase may be considered for prognosis among patients with osteosarcoma.
