Abdominal and chest CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of chronic myelogenous leukemia. Findings on CT scan suggestive of chronic myelogenous leukemia include enlarged lymph nodes.

Abdominal and chest CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of chronic myelogenous leukemia. Findings on CT scan suggestive of chronic myelogenous leukemia include enlarged lymph nodes.[1] CT scan can quantitate lymph nodes during treatment.
