Cor triatriatum electrocardiogram

Electrocardiogram may be used as a diagnostic tool in the evaluation of an atrial septal defect. ECG findings associated with various right heart dysfunctions such as axis deviation, enlargement and hypertrophy.

The EKG findings in cor triatriatum are nonspecific and variable but may present:

• Right axis deviation
• Right atrial enlargement
• Right ventricular hypertrophy
