An EKG is not recommended for the diagnosis of cyclosporiasis, as there are no specific EKG findings for this disease.

• There are no clear indications to obtain an EKG in patients with cyclosporiasis.
• Cyclosporiasis is not associated with specific EKG findings and an EKG may not be helpful in the diagnosis or management of this condition.
