DRESS syndrome history and symptoms

Common symptoms of DRESS syndrome rash and fever.

Symptoms of DRESS syndrome include the following:

• Rash (almost always present, may be pruritic)
• Fever (present in approximately 80% of patients)
• Fatigue

• Myalgia
• Facial edema
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Abdominal pain
• Cough
• Sore throat
• Dyspnea
• Bruise
• Epistaxis
• Oral and perioral pain (caused by mucosal lesions in the oral cavity)
• Confusion
