- Investigations of several other agents showed these drugs appear to be largely ineffective and there is currently no evidence that any of these has a major role in the management of DBA [1]
- Intravenous immunoglobulin
- High dose erythropoietin
- Interleukin-3
- Androgens
- Metoclopramide
- Leucine and lenalidomide
