Overview

There are no established measures for the primary prevention of diaphragmatic paralysis. However, the incidence of diaphragmatic paralysis is less in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB) compared to conventional CABG.

There are no established measures for the primary prevention of diaphragmatic paralysis. However the incidence of diaphragmatic paralysis is less in off pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB) compared to conventional CABG^[1]
There are no available vaccines against diaphragmatic paralysis.
Proper treatment of underlying diseases and infections.
