Overview

There are currently no established primary preventive measures for endometriosis.

The pathogenesis of endometriosis is multifactorial and incompletely understood, and no interventions have been shown to prevent disease onset.^[1]^[2]

Primary Prevention

There are no validated primary preventive strategies for endometriosis.

No lifestyle, pharmacologic, or surgical interventions have been demonstrated to prevent the development of endometriosis.^[1]^[2]
