Symptoms of Evans syndrome include breathlessness, fatigue, jaundice, and dark urine.

Common symptoms of Evans syndrome include:

• Breathlessness
• Feeling faint
• Shooting pains
• Faster heart rate
• Malaise
• Ulcers from mucous membrane

In autoimmune hemolytic anemia the following may be found:

• Fatigue
• Pale skin color
• Shortness of breath
• Rapid heartbeat
• Yellowish discoloration of eyes and skin
• Dark urine
