Fitzsimmons-Walson-Mellor syndrome

Fitzsimmons-Walson-Mellor syndrome is characterised by variable spastic paraplegia, bilateral sensorineural deafness, intellectual deficit and progressive nephropathy. It has been described in six members of a family. Inheritance is likely to be autosomal dominant.
