Chronic limb pain is the usual chief complaint of patients who developed gangrene.

- Chronic limb pain is the usual chief complaint of patients who developed gangrene.
- The pain worsens if the leg is raised and gets better in a more dependent position.
- If ischemia happens, tissue loss is the first presentation.[1]
