Hypogonadism physical examination

Overview

Common physical examination findings of hypogonadism include the absence of secondary sexual characteristics in both male and females. In males, pubic hair loss, loss of facial hair, small testicular size and congenital anomalies may be observed. In females, no axillary hair and amenorrhea are common.
