Overview

Most patients with Immune thrombocytopenia may have a positive history of mucocutaneous bleeding and fatigue. Other common symptoms include GI bleeding, genitourinary bleeding and intracranial hemorrhage.

  • mucocutaneous bleeding such as petechia, purpura, bruising, gum bleeding and wet purpura or hemorrhagic blisters in oral cavity.
  • gastrointestinal bleeding
  • genitourinary bleeding
  • intra cranial hemorrhage

Less Common Symptoms

Less common symptoms of immune thrombocytopenia include
