There are EKG changes present in iron deficiency anemia depending on the severity of the anemia.
Electrocardiogram
ECG changes present in iron deficiency anemia are[1]:
- Tachycardia
- ST depression.
- T wave depression.
- QRS widening (LV hypertrophy)
