The symptoms of Kikuchi’s are the following:

• Lymphadenopathy
• Drenching night sweats
• Fever
• Bone-joint pain
• Skin rash
• Loss of appetite
• Unexplained weight loss
• General weakness
• Fatigue
• Poor mental focus

Rarely hepatosplenomegaly and nervous system involvement resembling meningitis is seen.
