Left bundle branch block history and symptoms
LBBB may be asymptomatic, particularly when it occurs in the absence of significant structural heart disease. However, because LBBB is frequently associated with underlying cardiovascular disorders, affected individuals may present with symptoms related to heart failure, ischemic heart disease, or cardiomyopathy, including dyspnea, exercise intolerance, fatigue, chest pain, palpitations, or syncope.
