Biopsy of the lung may be helpful in the diagnosis of Lymphomatoid granulomatosis . Findings diagnostic of Lymphomatoid granulomatosis include atypical lymphoid cells, infiltraion of vascular structure, and tumor cells.

• Biopsy of the lung may be helpful in the diagnosis of Lymphomatoid granulomatosis. Findings diagnostic of Lymphomatoid granulomatosis include :^[1]
  • Atypical lymphoid cells
  • Necrosis
  • lymphoid cell infiltrating vascular structures
  • Tumor cell with EBV infused in them
