The feasibility of surgery depends on the type of Lymphomatoid granulomatosis at diagnosis.

Indications

  • The mainstay of treatment for Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is medical therapy. Surgery is usually reserved for patients with a more aggressive stage of Lymphmatoid granulomatosis

Surgery

  • Surgery is mostly conducted to collect a biopsy from a pulmonary mass or nodule, but lesion can also be resected. [1]
