Mast cell leukemia CT

CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of mast cell leukemia. Findings on CT scan of the abdomen suggestive of mast cell leukemia include ascites, hepatosplenomegaly, and upper abdominal lymphadenopathy.

CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of mast cell leukemia. Findings on CT scan of the abdomen suggestive of mast cell leukemia include:

• Ascites
• Hepatosplenomegaly
• Upper abdominal lymphadenopathy

  _{CT of the abdomen demonstrates ascites, hepatosplenomegaly, and upper abdominal lymphadenopathy. Windowing to bone confirms the diffuse sclerosis seen on the plain films.^[1]}
