Surgery is not the first-line treatment option for patients with MN. Surgery is usually reserved for patients requiring renal transplant.

• Surgery is not the first-line treatment option for patients with MN. Renal transplant is usually reserved for patients with either^[1]:
  • Irreversible renal failure
  • Previous transplant rejection
  • Renal failure due to poor prognostic etiology

• The patient with age group in between 40-65 patients with end stage renal disease needs surgery.
