Mixed connective tissue disease history and symptoms

Overview
Patients with MCTD may have a positive history of raynaudâs phenomen, arthralgia, gastroesophageal reflux, myalgia and dyspnea. Common symptoms of MCTD include swollen fingers (âsausage digitsâ), diffuse swelling of hands, and dry cough. Less common symptoms include rashes, alopecia, mild fever, fatigue.
