Surgery is not the first-line treatment option for patients with mycosis fungoided. Surgery is usually reserved for patients with localized involvment.

Surgery

The mainstay of treatment for mycosis fungoides is medical therapy. Surgery is usually reserved for localized MF patients :^[1]
- Excisional surgery
- Carbon dioxide laser may be useful
