Surgery is not the first-line treatment option for patients with mycosis fungoided. Surgery is usually reserved for patients with localized involvment.

- The mainstay of treatment for mycosis fungoides is medical therapy. Surgery is usually reserved for localized MF patients :[1]
- Excisional surgery
- Carbon dioxide laser may be useful
