  • Firmly attached to the valve
Type 2

  • Small
  • 1 – 3 mm
  • Multiverrucal
  • Friable
Type 4
  • Large
  • > 3 mm
  • Multiverrucal
  • Friable
Type 5
  • “Healed-type”
  • Similar in consistency to the attached valve
