Overview

Electrocardiographic findings in pacemaker syndrome may include:

  • prolonged PR interval
  • VA conduction due to dyssynchrony between atria and ventricles and/or AV dissociation.
  • Single chamber ventricular pacemakers patients will have loss of AV synchrony
  • Loss of AV synchrony due to AV block and rapid atrial pacing.
  • Retrograde ventriculoatrial conduction
  • Echo beats
  • Other arrhythmias
