Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria CT

There are no CT scan findings associated with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria. However, a CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of complications of PNH, which include intracranial thrombosis, splenic vein thrombosis, and portal vein thrombosis. CT scan can also show splenomegaly and may be useful to quantitate the size of the spleen.

There are no CT scan findings associated with [PNH]. However, a CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of complications of [PNH], which include:

• Intracranial thrombosis
• Splenic vein thrombosis
• Portal vein thrombosis
• Splenomegaly, which can be quantitated by CT scan^[1]
