The patient is dehydrated.

• Tachycardia
• Hypertension

• Dry skin – because of dehydration
• Yellow discoloration skin may be seen – jaundice

• Reddish appearance of fingernails in cutaneous porphyrias – due to accumulation of heme precursors.

• Seizures
• Clinical depression
• Paranoia
