Overview
Ultrasound may be helpful in the diagnosis of Postpartum thyroiditis(PPT). Findings on an ultrasound thyroid suggestive of PPT include diffuse or multi-focal echogenicity which correlates with lymphocyte infiltration of thyroid gland.
