Overview
Rhinosinusitis can present with a wide range of constitutional and respiratory symptoms.
History and Symptoms
Rhinosinusitis can present with a constellation of symptoms, which may include one or more of the following:[1][2]
- Nasal obstruction
- Nasal congestion
- Ear pressure or fullness
- Pain and pressure in the face
- Nasal discharge, which may be purulent
- Decreased or absent sense of smell
- Headache
- Cough
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Bad breath
- Maxillary tooth pain
