The CT scan has no role in the diagnosis of the rotavirus infection. It may be used to exclude other neurological diseases in case the rotavirus affects the nervous system.

The CT scan has no role in the diagnosis of the rotavirus infection. It may be used to exclude other neurological diseases in case the rotavirus affects the nervous system as it may cause encephalitis or meningoencephalitis.
