Seminoma history and symptoms

Overview

The painless testicular mass is the pathonomonic of the testicular cancer.^[1]^[2]^[3]
Common symptoms of seminoma include:^[2]
- Painless lump in the testicle
- Testicular swelling and mild discomfort
- Feeling of heaviness in the scrotum or abdomen
- Lymphadenopathy
- Pain in the back or abdomen
- Ascites
- Weight loss
- Gynecomastia
- Precocious puberty
- Infertility
