Siccardi syndrome

Siccardi syndrome is a very rare heritable disease of the neutrophils.

Siccardi syndrome is supposed to be caused by defective neutrophil function. As a result bacterial destruction by neutrophils is deficient.

• Recurrent infections

• Gray skin
• Gray hair

• Swollen lymph nodes

• Hepatosplenomegaly
