Overview
If the AV junctional or ectopic ventricular pacemaker is not sufficiently rapid to generate an adequate cardiac output, then end organ hypoperfusion may result.
Symptoms
The following symptoms may occur:
- Angina
- Anxiety
- Confusion
- Congestive heart failure
- Dizziness
- Fainting
- Fatigue
- Lightheadedness
- Palpitations
- Syncope
