• Discontinue the agent that may be causing sinus arrest.
• Correct electrolyte abnormalities.
• Isoproterenol has been used to increase the rate of the escape pacemaker.
• Atropine can be given if the sinus arrest is causing severe bradycardia leading to hemodynamic compromise.
