Tang Hsi Ryu syndrome is a very rare disease involving skin, liver, spleen and peripheral nerves.

In Japan and United States this syndrome has been associated with plasma cell dyscrasia.

• Skin hyperpigmentation

• Swollen lymph nodes

• Hepatosplenomegaly
• Ascites^[1]

• Oedema
• White nails

• Polyneuropathy

• Gynaecomastia
