• Lethargic and disturbed consciousness

• Fast pulse (heart rate)
• Low blood pressure
• Low body temperature

• Jaundice
• Nystagmus
• Anisocoria
• Sluggish pupilary reflex
• Opthalmoplegia

• Organomegaly may be noticed

• Tremors
• Ataxia
• Muscle weakness
• Gait disturbances
