Aguecheek disease

An eponym coined by WHJ Summerskill referring to Sir Andrew Aguecheek, a timorous minor character—a beef lover and drinker—in Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night whose mental fluctuations Summerskill attributed to the dementia of hepatic encephalopathy.
