Alchornea floribunda
Alchornea floribunda is a plant native to Sudan, Uganda, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Equatorial Guinea (incl. Bioko), Gabon, Sao Tome and Principe, Zaire, Cote D’Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone.[1]
The plant has psychedelic and aphrodisiac properties.[2] The powdered rootbark is used for traditional medicine.
