Ancylostoma caninum
Ancylostoma caninum, commonly Dog hookworm, is a nematode parasite that infects dogs. The larval stage penetrates the skin and makes it way through the circulatory system into the digestive tract, where adult forms lay eggs that are passed through the feces.
