Azelnidipine
Introduction
Azelnidipine (INN; marketed under the brand name Calblock) is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker.
Unlike nicardipine, it has a gradual onset and has a long-lasting hypotensive effect, with little increase in heart rate.[1]
