MRI may be helpful in the diagnosis of bronchogenic cyst.

MRI may be helpful in the diagnosis of bronchogenic cyst. After contrast injection, enhancement of the cyst is frequently absent.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] Findings on MRI suggestive of bronchogenic cyst include

T1-weighted images show ipointense signal
T2-weighted images show hyperintense signal.
